My primary role was to work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams in the preparation of tender responses and proposals. This involved managing the bid lifecycle, co-ordinating input from technical experts, writing and editing content. Created a bank of standardised, re-usable content to streamline the production of proposals. Developed automated tools within Microsoft Office to assemble documents from standard building blocks.My secondary role was to assist operations staff in the preparation of internal and high-quality, customer-facing system documentation, and I had input into the design and development of the SharePoint intranet site.

Writing and/or editing end-user documentation, technical documentation, content for technical support and engineering teams, business processes, security policies and processes, bid responses, customer communications, and web portal content. Managing the SharePoint intranet, including site architecture & design, document library management, and creating custom workflows and automation to meet user requirements.
