Responsibility: Introduction of New manufacturing processes.Activities: Leader of new manufacturing process implementation including: Manage and coordinate activities of engineering technicians, manufacturing Jr. and Sr. Engineers; define process validation strategy and project charter; design, setup of new manufacturing process and post launch support. Provides technical leadership for all related aspects containing day-to-day manufacturing process, problem solving and strategic direction.

Responsibility: Project leader for manufacturing process improvement.Activities: Leader of complex projects related to process development, with focus on manufacturing technologies and design of innovative equipment that address customer needs and improvement of processes and quality.Technical coaching to manufacturing engineers in the improvement of processes and quality assurance.

Activities: Manage and coordinate technical personnel. Provides technical leadership to team and functions related aspects. Support in the implementation of new manufacturing processes, day-to-day process sustaining, problem solving and implementation of lean manufacture philosophy. Coordinate Preventive Maintenance and Tool Room activities. Maintain and development of manufacturing documentation, work station design, jigs, and manufacturing procedures.

Activities: Leader of manufacturing projects for process improvement. Development of new processes and home-made equipment. Support to machine shop department, specifying molding parts, drawings and control documentation. Support to manufacturing process in the development of workstation layouts, flow charts, ergonomics work stations, error proofing fixtures.

Activities: Design, fabrication, implementation of electromechanical equipment, design of new processes, pokayoke fixtures, process tools, ergonomic workstations, equipment validation. Research and development for solving problems.
