- Program Manager to mantian and support Design Release Engineer in charge, for current production and future Model Years.- Develop and update part list for wire harness part number in the assembly plant.- Deep math check (lengths, clips, protections, number of circuits, gauge and part numbersused) with supplier to ensure the shipment of every level design is the correct for each material required date.- Math data (3D version of the harness) update with any required change in NX.- Impact update of mass, cost (piece cost/tooling cost), torque, part number change andinstallation instructions of every harness in my charge with the usage of work orders.- Implement design changes with the supplier giving no more than ten days to find the route cause and solution to the issue.- Support Brazil & Thailand assembly plant during Pre-productive and productive builds.- Weekly meetings with suppliers to keep in the loop every detail of each harness. Validation, cost reductions, tracking changes, list of work orders, cost impacts, Implementation and continuos improvment of wire harnesses- Design for Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Responsible for release, design, follow up of electrical harnesses as body, engine, forward lamp, instrumental panel, components (channels, grommets and brackets) from vehicle program initiation until Regular production. Providing solutions and new concepts along all the launch process. Working with cross functional team from engineering and manufacturingSupport to suppliers and warranty team from MY15, MY16, MY 17 and beyond. Supporting GM Colorado/Canyon products at US manufacturing plants.
