For the past 33 years, he has been a professional engineer with the Government of Canada, holding various roles, including hydrographer, field surveyor, site engineer, project engineer, and acting manager of Hydrographic Services Atlantic Canada. His expertise is further demonstrated by his certification of over 8,000 hockey coaches in New Brunswick over the past 30 years.
