I am an operator with more than 30 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, mainly in the QSR (Juicy Burger and Burger King), along with a casual dining operations experience (Applebee's), coffee shops Operations and Training experience (Haagen Dazs Cafe), and lately food production and retail operations (Wooden Bakery).Throughout these years, I have proven to have very high interpersonal skills that enhanced my training career which leaded me to a very successful operations track. Strongly believes in People and have remarkable analytic skills, hard worker, results oriented, and strategic planner.Other than my 13 years experience in Burger King where I leaded Lebanon Franchise towards 3 consecutive "Best Franchise in the MENA" award, along with 3 consecutive "Best Operations Manager in the MENA" Award, and the "Brand Leadership award"; I have 3 years experience in Applebee's as operations manager and 1 year in Haagen Dazs Cafe as Regional Training Manager. Moreover, my recent Job as a Franchise Director for Wooden Bakery has exposed me to Food Production, retail operations and to playing the Franchisor Role in determining new potential locations and new Markets.
