Led the Product Development and Manufacturing Engineering organizations of the US operations of this global supplier of Photolithography and Wafer Bonding tools to the Semiconductor and MEMS industry. Orchestrated the successful transfer of Wafer Bonding technology and Alpha product set from German headquarters division to the US for continued engineering and first generation production.

Led an engineering team engaged in the development of new hot runner products and technologies for the injection molding industry. As part of the business unit’s start up team, implemented an organizational structure that improved team effectiveness by dedicating resources for research and development, support of existing products, and laboratory testing and validation.

Held various positions within the Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing organizations engaged in the development of capital equipment and processes for the manufacture of solid tantalum and multilayer caramic capacitors. Developed and implemented a world-class manufacturing process for the production of a new generation of volumetrically efficient multilayer ceramic capacitors.
