I started my first business as an independent contractor at 20 years old installing floor coverings. I established Crown Flooring in 2003 and opened our first retail flooring location. In 2009 as the recession hit I diversified my company and opened Certi-Dry, with a primary focus on water damage cleanup. I have experienced the ups and downs associated with both good markets and bad markets in business, which includes development and launching of a service based specialty company in the middle of an economic crisis. My goal as a business owner is to provide a business environment that individuals grow in both personally and professionally and to have an impact both in our industry and to the individual client during a crisis.
