Working with Span Engineers as an Attachee and Intern (2013-2015) and as a Graduate Engineer (from Jan 2016 to date). The following are my current Duties:1. Structural design in steel and reinforced concrete. (Prokon 2.4, Orion 18, Excel RC Design sheets)2. Structural Drawings preparation (AutoCAD 2015), as well as providing design details to the Technical Drawing Department for drawings preparation.3. Geometric Design of Roads and Highways, as well as associated drainage works and preparation of earthwork volumes, horizontal and vertical alignment drawings to the Final Design level (Civil Designer, Civil 3D, AutoCAD 2015)4. Proposal preparation for various prospective projects, preparation of Bills of Quantities and Engineer's Cost Estimate, Tender Document Preparation, Tender analysis and report, and Presentation preparation.5. Site supervision. In this capacity, I have been Involved in the following projects and activities, among others:- -Structural Design and AutoCAD preparation of Engineering drawings, Nairobi Metropolitan Services Improvement Project (NAMSIP) for Mwariro market in Kangemi and Uhuru Market along Jogoo Road, funded by the World Bank, as well as associated Civil Works and parking area design, as well as other multistorey structures.. - Design, AutoCAD preparation of Engineering drawings and supervision of Composite Steel Warehouses, Gantries, Truck’s access road, parking, pedestrian walkway, weighbridge, weighbridge office and associated civil works for Unga Ltd, Commercial Street and Unga Ltd, Eldoret, as well as Site Supervision.- Design and AutoCAD preparation of Engineering drawings of a 4 storey steel mill structure, Pembe Flour Mills Ltd. - Proposal preparation, traffic counts, axle load surveys, in-situ materials investigation, Geometric and Structural Design, report and presentation preparation of drawings: Roads and by-passes for the Kenya Urban Roads Authority; Kericho, Bomet, Embu and Chuka Towns.e.t.c
