The success of this team made it the current model for Microsoft Support. I played a large role in the creation of this team, its responsibilities and practices. We were able to reduce the MPI of a typical case by several hours. -Proactively, I have designed several large migration/deployments for many customers including the FDA, KPMG and IBM. Many of these were Lotus Domino and Novel Groupwise migrations with specific requirements and challenges I successfully met. Redesigned the SMTP routing topology for the US Navy and consulted on many other projects such as: Server Sizing Analysis, SPAM Prevention, Disaster Recovery Planning, Smartphone Deployment and Cross Forest Availability.-In 2009, I created a specialized workshop focused on developing general Problem Solving Skills. The project aims at helping new hires learn different ways to break down a problem and clearly communicate with the customer. In 2005, I worked closely with our Development team to create the first PFD (Process Flow Documentation) project. This later evolved in the ExTRA tool. -Experienced Mentor-Spent several years as the support team’s representative to Management focusing on WHI.
