Reputation management, profile raising and enabling colleague engagement for MPS. Responsible for corporate comms, media, policy, public affairs, stakeholder relations and internal comms. My remit covers MPS' work across the UK, Ireland, South Africa and South East Asia.

Building relationships and promoting the work of the GMC to the UK Government, Parliament and national stakeholders. I helped to secure the introduction of revalidation, language tests for EEA doctors and reforms to regulatory processes.

Coordinated the NHS Confederation's engagement with the new Coalition Government, parliamentarians and stakeholders, particularly on workforce issues, social care and urgent care .
