Accountable for the development, implementation, and optimization of resources and leveraging technology in a rapidly changing environment.

Corporate Office

Leadership accountability for the achievement of business goals within retail branch operations including community and campus branch offices. Responsible for developing the service delivery philosophy and strategy that included member growth, service quality and product sales results. Accountable for the incorporation of the retail delivery strategy and engaging branch management and teams to successfully execute and achieve desired results.

Corporate Office

Provided leadership and management of the sales and service functions within a retail branch environment. Accountable for identifying new sales opportunities and training team members on new outbound sales initiatives, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing member relationships.
