At Bank of the West, responsibilities included portfolio management and oversight of $600M in syndicated agent commercial transactions including real estate, construction and purchase transactions for public and middle market bank clients; provided structuring and underwriting for syndicated facilities to mirror secondary market underwriting and pricing models; developed a regional real estate investor base for participating in the secondary market for syndicated transactions. Credit facilities ranged from $20M to $250M.
