Understanding the job requirements generated by the clients and defining job positions.• Experience in getting active and passive IT, HR, and Healthcare candidates.• Resourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, and headhunting.• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.• Skilled in attracting the most qualified employees and matching them to the jobs for which they are well suited.• Contacting candidates, following up with candidates, and managing a candidate pipeline. Scheduling interviews, briefing, and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.• Negotiating terms of salary and other employment conditions• Posting job descriptions on job boards, tracking, and posting status and results.• Sourcing candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and internal database• Proactively building an internal database for upcoming/highest potential requirements.• Proper follow-up with candidates and with the client, Evaluating candidates, pre-screening, and scheduling the interview with the hiring manager.• Building a healthy relationship with candidates, vendors, and clients to make this exciting journey go successful further.
