In addition to maintaining Associate responsibilities, I oversaw 5 direct reports and managed the development and performance of team members. I partnered with Advisors and Senior Portfolio Managers to onboard and maintain complex client relationships. I built in-depth wealth forecast analyses, created portfolio allocation proposals, and served as the point-person for large client portfolios.

I led a team of 4 Associates and trained new Associates within my team and other local offices. I further collaborated with Financial Advisors to create custom proposals and present in competitive prospect meeting pitches. As the designated liaison of tax, I served as a regional resource and led quarterly presentations for Financial Advisors and Associates. I also served on the talent recruitment team – interviewing potential Associate candidates.

I worked to partner with 4 Financial Advisors to manage over $2 billion in AUM. I helped expand Advisors' book of business by providing complex financial analyses and tailored wealth planning forecasts to clients and prospects. I worked directly with high net worth individuals, families, and corporations to provide market insight, implement asset allocation adjustments, and address client inquiries regarding topics such as retirement, trust and estate, and tax planning.
