Worked with the Director of Creative Services to establish the overall creative process of the agency, including all aspects of the creative process: from the initial research and strategic recommendations all the way through to final creation of visual assets and design to follow-up assessment and testing. This also included internal client educations materials and methods. Helped establish our agency UX/UI process to include user personas, user flows, user stories, user scenarios, wireframes, prototyping, and user testing.Established the conceptual and stylistic direction for the creative team, managed team creative resources and deadlines, offered mentorship to less experienced team members, and lead all creative presentations to clients. Responsible for the agency's own branding, established the brand and direction for our bi-monthly lecture series, 3Things, and led a number internal creative seminars covering topics such as color and client management.In my 18 months as art director, Agency Fusion signed more new business, carried a larger client load, and was more profitable than any other 18-month period in it's 12-year history prior.

Worked with a full-service creative team to concept, create, and execute campaign concepts across all mediums, from traditional to new (digital), including but not limited to: logo, corporate identity, brand strategy, print and marketing collateral, billboards, storyboarding, TV commercials, radio commercials, websites, banner ads, events and environmental.Also responsible for maintaining appearance, usability, and brand continuity for clients. Integral in establishing core branding/core identity process for the agency and incorporating early forms of the UX/UI process into our web and technology projects.

Created brand identities and full wesite designs based in HTML and CSS that integrated Google maps, dynamic content, and SEO practices. Concepted and executed all banner ad designs for the marketing and promotion of said sites. Also designed all internal marketing/branding, including creating the company logo/brand, website, and marketing collateral.

Created and executed all print and web-based design for clients based mostly in the outdoor/hospitality industry, including packaging, ski graphics, hospitality design, brand design, and marketing collateral. Pre-press, desktop publishing, and file preparation was vital to the clientele needs.
