Collaborated with team members to optimize production using two continuous stirred-tank reactors (CSTRs), achieving a 25% rate of return over 8,000 annual operating hours. Conducted an in-depth economic analysis using the Peters and Timmerhaus Method, integrating AICHE process intensification principles to ensure the design’s economic viability and sustainability. Compiled and presented technical findings to stakeholders, highlighting production efficiency and cost-saving strategies.

Engaged in a Chemical Engineering program focused on emulating real-world industrial applications. Teamed up with three peers to successfully accomplish eight experiments over a six-week period. Formulated and implemented laboratory procedures utilizing small-scale processing equipment, specifically targeting momentum transfer, heat transfer, mass transfer, and chemical reactions. Systematically gathered and scrutinized experimental data, assessing process efficiency, and product quality, and identifying potential sources of error.
