Resolute is an energy corporation with projects in Northwest Alberta and British Columbia, where it is exploring shallow cretaceous sandstone reservoirs that can be exploited with Multi-Lateral Open Hole wells. Resolute has accumulated more than 30,000 acres in its GFD light oil project in Northwest Alberta and approximately 10,000 acres at its Evie project in Northeast British Columbia. Resolute is pursuing projects that are high in environmental, social and governance metrics, that result in lower emission oil and low water use due to no hydraulic fracturing, but that provide high economic returns.

Novo19 Capital was a fully current non trading reporting issuer in BC, Ont and Alberta that was brought back to life by myself and a partner in 2019. On September 22, 2020 we announced an LOI for an RTO with Nobel Resources. On January 13 and 14 2021 Novo19/Nobel announced the signing of a Definitive Amalgamation Agreement and the closing of an oversubscribed $8.8 million financing. On April 15th 2021 Novo closed its RTO with Nobel and will commence trading on the TSXV on April 20,2021 under the symbol NBLC. Pursuant to an option agreement Nobel can acquire 100% of the Algorrobo IOCG Copper project in Norther Chile. Algorrobo is an extensively mineralized IOCG (Iron Oxide Copper-Gold) system in one of the most important producing IOCG belts globally and is relatively unexplored except for an extensive history of small-scale mining. Production from the Project is sold to Enami, the Chilean government mining company that has processing facilities (mill and smelter) in Copiapo approximately 50 km to the south. The Project is permitted for mining which is a key advantage for Nobel. The Project is located in the Atacama region of northern Chile. This area is host to numerous deposits including the Candelaria Mine with one of the large copper reserves in Chile estimated at 600 million tonnes of ore grading 0.95% copper, 3.84 million ounces of Gold and 576 million ounces of Silver. I believe we are in a multi year positive trend for Copper .

Brought in a new Slate of directors which purchased the director and founder shares of this Capital Pool Corporation (CPC), that was listed on the NEX market of the TSX Venture Exchange. The company announced a Qualifying Transaction with Axis Auto Finance in Dec 2015 which closed in July 2016. Axis is now listed on the TSXV.
