I love meeting new people and creating new connections through my real estate careers but there is a whole other sense of satisfaction I get when I'm done with a construction project. Weather its a brand new deck or maybe an interior remodeling project there is such a huge sense of accomplishment when I can step back at the end of the day and see there is something where there was nothing, or there is something beautiful in place of something distress and aging. Ive been able to save my buyer I represent thousands by seeing repairs upon our showings that other agents dont have an eye for and it makes building a repair list for our home renovation business easier also.
