Before graduating I was already employed with Cooking.com where I was a workhorse pumping out thousands of ads, marketing presentations and web design. After developing my chops for a year I was hired at OutCast media, where I had the opportunity to work with major brands like Shell Station, Rachel Ray, Cuisinart, Le Creuset, Nestle among others.After a couple of years I began to take on freelancing heavily, becoming self employed. Through many years of working freelance and contracted projects I learned how to communicate with clients directly, understand their points of view and run my own business. Through this experience I sharpened my skills especially with building brands from ideation to production to making sales. Eventually I was contracted by Quality Analytics.io to build and develop their brand and marketing strategy and even built a small design team on their behalf. It's been 12 years as a professional designer and I've expanded my skillset so much.
