When I was promoted to this role, I owned the overall portfolio management for key client accounts valued at $10M. My next role within Oracle’s HSGBU involved owning all responsibilities associated with managing $2M portfolio for the world’s largest contract research organization (CRO) client including a $500K budget. I worked on multiple projects during this time, leveraging operational and executive leadership committees to oversee projects, clearly summarize and identify risks to facilitate mitigation and elimination of issues, deliver product implementations, and cultivate mutually beneficial client relationships.One specific project I worked on was the IQVIAC1 adoption and buildout of a program-level implementation of a next generation platform. I led a team of technical consultants to establish governance with senior leadership, execute this best-in-class implementation approach organization-wide, leverage low-cost resources to control budgets, and build application programming interface (API) for downstream data consumption. My other contributions included:⦁ Increasing the business volume and championing the adoption of a next-generation platform of electronic data capture by establishing a partnership with IQVIA.⦁ Leading a smooth product release cycle by coordinating communication to all parties involved in the release and advising clients on the product’s new features and uses.⦁ Earning recognition as “Top Talent” and being invited to join a leadership course at University of Michigan’s Ross Business School. For seven years, I oversaw program management for large enterprise and small market business clients with an estimated value of $3M AR. I built, mentored and lead a team of 4 PMs, technical consultants, and customer success managers and together, we worked to implement new products into new/existing clients, migrate clinical trials to an updated platform and manage technical issue escalations. North America sales $435 mil, with US customers that include Mass. General Hospital, MD Anderson, US Oncology, Mayo Clinic and VA Medical Centers.Assumed responsibility of all North America post sales project deployment both IMPAC and Elekta. Developed and implemented varied business processes improving business project oversight and enhancing customer partnerships. Increased revenue responsibility from 30 mil to 250 mil (65% of North American sales). Increased staff by 60%.
