Technical Skills:- Application of thermodynamics principles in systems such as vapor and gas cycles, internal combustion engines, and steam and gas turbines.- Analysis of laws and factors that are important in increasing the efficiency or performance of various engineering apparatus and power plants.- Formulation of engineering problems using continuity, momentum, and energy equations to design nozzles, diffusers, compressors, turbines, and combustors,- Integration of components into a complete system by matching components performance and using thermodynamics laws to calculate component and overall system performances- Experience using commercial CAE software, including 3D CAD, CFD and FEA packages (ANSYS, Solidworks, Inventor, etc.)- Complete understanding of two dimensional motions, able to characterize them, analyze them using complex numbers.- Experience in controls programming, debugging and testing.
