My role in WFD playing bass goes beyond simply playing my instrument. I constantly work and practice to develop my skills musically on bass, guitar, keys, and voice in order to expand the boundaries of what WFD can potentially perform; additionally, I actively and critically listen to music, attempting to discern and educate myself on the effects of various techniques, both musically and compositionally. I am directly involved in the arrangement process of our music, as well as being the band's go-to for temporary demo-work, using the sound engineering skills I've learned over the past several years to create the base versions of songs that are molded, shaped, and eventually re-recorded into our work at professional studios.
