He has led the implementation of a strategic growth initiative to double the number of students reached.David directly supervised a senior team of five (5) who collectively supervised over 40 distributed national staff. This role was developed to provide program coherence and alignment across different program divisions while staying aligned with internal operations. In addition to planning and initiating strategic growth efforts the team implemented a national data infrastructure and the first ever implementation of academy standards and recognition.
