I am a systems focused environmental compliance manager who is responsible for ensuring that Alliance Farmers’ Produce meets its obligations under New Zealand’s Resource Management Act. This role also involves maintaining certification under ISO14001:2015 and ensuring that Alliance’s team of 7 environmental managers are equipped to ensure compliance. I have also managed organisational change and implemented an incident and action reporting system that has helped improve internal company communication and tracking of important obligations. 7 years' experience as a senior flight instructor and manager of Australia's largest flying school means I am confident managing teams using a collaborative leadership style. My background as an airline pilot gives me an eye for detail and strong discipline when managing risk and when creating and managing systems.
