• Over twelve years’ experience as an Agile Lead/Project Manager /Agile Coach/Technical Delivery Manager using Scrum (including SAFe, PI Planning) and Kanban frameworks supported by Jira, Jira Align and Azure DevOps. Both Scrum and Kanban certifications• Delivery lead for multiple Full-stack teams, with embedded DevOps, using CI/CD, BDD and TDD to deliver major enhancements for High-Volume Traffic Websites supported by micro-service/cloud-based architectures (AWS and Azure)• Successfully delivered many large, complex projects across Government (Department for Education), Retail (Asos, M&S, Waitrose, Harrods and Boohoo) , Insurance (Bupa), Outdoor Advertising (JC Decaux) and Finance/Financial Services (Aegon, Quant Networks (Crypto/Distributed Ledger technology)) domains. Typically, these projects have been part of digital transformations and have included large eCommerce enhancements, Data Analytics, Web Optimisation and new SaaS products. I have frequently managed globally distributed teams split between onshore and offshore. • Having spent many years in permanent roles I am willing to take short contracts of uncertain length since I relish the variety of experiences and have demonstrated many times that I can make a valuable contribution to delivery practices and successfully delivery projects even in short timescales.• Additionally, I have over fifteen years’ experience as a Senior Software Engineer in Defence (Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to real-time military decision making/ Waterfall Project Delivery), Space (Satellite Control Software), e-Commerce, and Insurance domains with experience in both Java and .Net technology stacks and Database development (Java, C#, SQL and Stored Procedures). More recently I have acquired Python and Android programming skills.
