Lieutenant Colonel (RET.) Dave Moore has an extensive background in developing and managing Air Force flight mishap prevention programs. He is a graduate of the Flight Safety Officer Course, The Chief of Safety Course and the Operational Risk Management Applications and Integration Course. Dave served as Chief of Safety for the 439th Airlift Wing at Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts from 1996 until his retirement from the Air Force Reserve in 2004.
