Plan for, implement, and maintain all educational and school technology for over 100 employees and 750 students. Manage the school network, deploy hardware, and Google Workspace environment. Responsible for strategic planning, design, and implementation of new systems and technologies.

- Planned, designed, and implemented technology infrastructure for construction of new diocesan high school. Managed implementation budget of over 1 million dollars. Worked closely with Diocesan Office of Construction, the Office of Catholic Schools, and several external agencies to provide a robust technology framework, on time and under budget. Collaborated with administration to understand, plan, and implement solutions to meet the school’s instructional and administrative technology requirements.- Primary IT project manager for the Diocesan Central Administrative Office. Responsible for scheduling, budgeting and business process analysis for projects supporting several departments including Development, Accounting, HR, Youth Ministry, Bishop’s Office and the Office of Catholic Schools. - Provided detailed data analysis and reporting in support of the Chancery’s annual financial audit.

- Senior officer and team manager for New York based international environmental engineering firm- Managed a $5M implementation of three firm-wide process improvement initiatives focused on the company pillars of Project Management, Sales/Client Management and Design. - Managed business applications software development group for environmental engineering firm of over 1,500 employees. Worked with internal clients to utilize technology to best meet their needs. Implemented a company-wide IT training program. -Developed and provided training via a combination of online and in-person sessions for staff in over 40 offices across the country.
