I'm lucky enough to have discovered a passion I can earn a living at; I am, however, always looking to better the experience, and my position. As well as running a wine shop, I have contributed articles on wine to local magazine (deLuxe), and occasionally I have guested on BBC Radio Leicester to talk about what to drink. More recently I have been working for the Youth Sport Trust. It was my first time working for a large international company, and initially it was challenging, although the feedback was that I quickly and capably adapted, and grew into the role. I was a fully engaged administrator, working constantly to streamline processes and build strong interpersonal relationships with my internal colleagues in Project Support and external School Games Organisers, and Development Managers.I built these relationships through providing excellent customer service across all departments, organising and delivering my tasks in a timely and ordered fashion, ensuring all end users understood the processes involved, and supplying support and guidance where needed.I am now looking for another steep curve to climb, hopefully something which will use my established skill set and force me to find and learn new ones. More than that I am looking for an employer who is committed to me, as I am to them, with open and clear channels of communication, structure, and growth being very important to me.
Listed skills include Wine, Alcoholic Beverages, Food, Account Management, and 26 others.
