Being cross trained across multiple industries, I have found that I love to learn new things. New programs, new SOPs, and new challenges really motivate me to put forth 100% of my efforts. The cannabis industry is by far where I have learned the most. My favorite thing about it is how much of my other skills are still relevant in a completely different industry. Being able to hustle like a restaurant manager, being precise like a confectioner, and having the patience of a retail manager all have their separate uses, but together they can bring you places you would never expect.
