Started in the Truss and Frame industry in 2003 at STI P/L. Woked there for 5 years working my way through estimating and into detailing after 1 year.Moved to Timbertruss in 2007 after being head hunted. Took over multiple accounts in 2009-2010 including Mirvac Homes, Latitude 37, ARB Homes and Figurehead Construction. During my time working with customers gave me the opportunity to assist in their growth by providing creative solutions to design issues, provide insight into cost saving measures as well as improve productivity not only for Timbertruss but for those that i worked with. Moved into Commercial prefab in 2012 and ran a team of 6 in estimating and design for 2 years. Moved into the Estimating Manager position at the Dandenong site for 3 years. Moved to our now current Richmond office and had a brief stint in Next Generation pre-fab design before taking over as Multi Res Design manager. This allowed me to work on a number of Multi Residential projects as well as a number of apartment blocks all over Melbourne.Most recently I have become the Design Manager for the Richmond office and manage 18 designers.
