In early 2020, I expanded my leadership role as the Field Operations Director by integrating our on-shore scripting, data processing, and coding team into my portfolio of responsibilities. In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I successfully transitioned our CATI interviewing team to a fully remote working arrangement. Additionally, I restructured our F2F interviewing team to adapt to CATI operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency during a period of unprecedented change. As restrictions eased, I guided the CATI team through a seamless transition to a hybrid working model, balancing flexibility with operational excellence.My expanded role involved:- Overseeing the integration of scripting, data processing, and coding with field operations to enhance cross-functional collaboration.- Leading efforts to maintain productivity and data quality during the transition to remote and hybrid working arrangements.- Implementing adaptive strategies to ensure smooth operational shifts amidst the evolving landscape of the pandemic.- Fostering a resilient and agile team culture capable of thriving in dynamic environments.Achievements:- Successfully managed the transition of over 200 team members to remote work, maintaining high levels of data integrity and client satisfaction.- Enhanced team agility and responsiveness, resulting in improved project turnaround times.- Pioneered innovative solutions to integrate diverse operational functions, driving organisational efficiency.This role underscored my ability to lead complex operational changes and drive strategic growth in challenging circumstances.
