As part of the BSc in Information Technology I worked as a support technician at HCS Business Solutions. My role included the logging and escalation of our clients issues, fixing client issues and the monitoring of client end points through the companies TechWatch software.

Responsibilities/ Duties: It was my, responsibility to keep track of the stores stock needs. I managed the advertising of the store on a weekly basis through the local paper and social media. I frequently accounted for & lodged large amounts of cash. Professional interpersonal communication skills were expected when dealing with the public on a daily.

Responsibilities / Duties: I independently solved employees’ problems regarding server errors and any general computer hardware or software issues.Skills gained: Good and quick problem solving, good time keeping, networking, Linux operating system, Compliance, Computer Hardware/Software.

Responsibilities /Duties: This included the running and the security of the car park, Porter duties and general bar work. In addition to this I had the responsibility of dealing with large sums of cash. Skills gained: Customer care, Cash register skills, People skills, Time management. This gave me the opportunity to improve my people skills and gain.
