District Field Operations Manager
CurrentResponsible for all operations within the region including but not limited to implementing the company’s policies, programs, and guidelines; ensuring employee productivity and growth; managing resources; knowing Your (Varian’s) business for assigned territory; and maintain functional, technical, and external market awareness necessary for managing immediate organizational changes.Work with other internal departments (Sales, Installation, Applications, Order Processing, Product Support, Manufacturing, etc.) to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Manage customer relationships and support their needs to ensure their proper success in treating their patients.Establish budgets and monitor financial performance to ensure revenue objectives are achieved with the management of a profit and loss center. Participate in the resolution of customer concerns, defining, and developing a customer contact strategy. Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Schedule personnel required to respond to critical situations. Analyzes operational processes, and escalation procedures. Perform training needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer.
