If you have taken out a home loan, opened a CommSec or savings account, used an ATM, applied for a credit card, made an international funds transfer, completed Productivity training, then you have interacted with some of the many aspects of Group Operations. Group Operations proudly services multiple brands within the CBA Group including, CommBank, Bankwest, Colonial First State, Aussie Home Loans, and Sovereign Insurance.Retail Credit Decisioning is a GO utility function that consists of almost 350 underwriters responsible for more than 3,500 specialised risk assessments per day for all retail lending products for the CBA Group. This includes : - Home Loans;- Credit Variations;- Personal Loans;- Personal Overdrafts;- Small Business Overdrafts; and - Credit Cards.Our underwriting teams are located nationally and together we focus on providing an efficient and high quality risk assessment in line with the Group Risk Framework and within the Risk Appetite Statement for the Group.Our vision is to be Number 1 in credit underwriting, though delivering quality decisions with efficiency, consistency and confidence within the Group Risk Framework.
