• Manages monthly budget • Works closely with outside vendors in the completion of various projects in, and around the hospital plus other properties• Performs minor to major repairs for carpentry, plumbing, electrical and landscaping.• Maintains two low pressure boilers, performing daily blow downs, ph balance tests, major repairs as needed, and keeps temperature and pressure logs up to date• Services, troubleshoots, and chemically treats a 150 ton chiller• Performs regular maintenance on all air handlers, fan coil units, pumps, hot water tanks• Operates perform tests and maintain logs for a Cummins generator for a 100 room hospital• Conducts educational classes and training for new staff demonstrating how to properly operate equipment using doors, locks, fan coil units and fire extinguishers• Works closely with Infection Control staff

• Supported full spectrum of HVAC/R products from different vendors and provided customers with ample knowledge and assisted them with their purchases• Performed troubleshooting on HVAC products over the telephone by giving customers step by step detailed information on repairing their equipment• Bridged network, dispatch and sales team through company specific tracking mechanisms via UPS, Fed Ex and various other trucking companies.
