Started as a technician in Los Angeles, got promoted to Technical Supervisor in Anaheim before getting promoted and moving to Washington DC. Leading the night team in setting, supporting, and striking events for the Marriott Marquis. Assisting the Director of Operations and the Director of Event Technology in accomplishing company goals and hitting financial targets. Helping build better leaders among my team and teaching them the intricacies of event technology equipment and protocols.

I aid the producer in production of episodes of a weekly aired program called The Facts. Specifically, I work as the recording engineer, setting up the microphones and running the Yamaha M7CL console in the control room during studio recordings, as well as post-production audio editing and mixing. Episodes are aired weekly on Manhattan Neighborhood Network and on 1687.org.

Started as intern and projectionist, assisting the executive director in running the monthly program and controlling the audio and video equipment during the screenings. As program director, aided the executive director in watching and selecting short films for each program and overlooked the production of the film series and the semi-annual events tied to it.

Assisted the production manager with light, sound, carpentry, and other production needs. Provided troubleshooting for technical problems with audio and video equipment. Acted as a production assistant for weekly shows, including Showgasms and Uncharted concerts.

Researched grants and production needs for an upcoming documentary about Hurricane Katrina evacuees. Handle Canon C300 footage in Final Cut Pro, including converting to Apple ProRes, organizing workflows, exporting as compressed QuickTime files, and logging and transcribing compressed footage.

Helped record, mix, auto-tune, and edit tracks for private use and commissioned recordings. Used Pro Tools to record piano tracks and auto-tuned tracks, time massaged out-of-sync recordings, and created a basic mix by adding delays, reverbs, and compressors to tracks. Created a 15-minute documentary about the Pilchuck Glass School from over 60 hours of raw glassblowing and interview footage. Created the shot sequence, color-corrected the video, balanced and compressed the audio, and created the titles for the film. Working with supervisor Peter Fox on composing an original soundtrack for the film.During the summer of 2013, edited a brief video showcasing the works of composer Ray Evans for the Ray and Wyn Ritchie Evans Foundation. Color corrected old images and used various plug-ins in ProTools to add clarity to gritty audio recordings used in the film.

Create, build and strike set pieces for a new play every 2 months. Set up and adjust sound for guest speakers and performers. Position lighting, add gels and house management. Adept with most power and non-power tools, artistically proficient, and knowledgeable of stage and other technical terminology.

Helped move and set up Faber8 Music Production Company. Programmed Master MIDI controller to network /sequence all audio hardware (10 Amplifiers, 8 audio interphases, keyboards/MIDI controllers, 5 audio mixers) in a way that allowed the Master MIDI controller to access and control every device in the sequence. Provided input in the design and construction of studios and mix rooms. Used LogicPro to record and mix music and voice files for voiceovers.
