-Gain experience in all levels of state civil litigation process.-Conduct legal research on various issues, including: residential and commercial real estate law, residential and commercial foreclosure law, adverse possession, commercial transactions, creditor's rights, bankruptcy, civil litigation, wrongful death, landlord / tenant law, and commercial collections.-Participate in witness preparation sessions for individual depositions-Participate in the defense of individual depositions.-Develop, prepare and collect relevant documents and information for use in witness preparation sessions in connection with individual depositions.

-Serve on team defending manufacturer client against antitrust claims in multidistrict litigation involving multiple class and other actions in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and Department of Justice investigation.-Serve on team prosecuting chemical manufacturers for antitrust claims on behalf of manufacturer client in multidistrict litigation involving multiple class and other actions in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.-Develop, prepare and collect relevant documents and information for use in witness preparation sessions in connection with individual and Rule 30(b)(6) depositions.-Participate in witness preparation sessions for individual and Rule 30(b)(6) depositions.-Participate in the defense of individual and Rule 30(b)(6) depositions.-Litigate in and against joint defense groups and have primary responsibility for consolidating and disseminating information among the numerous defense group members’ separate legal counsel.-Conduct electronic and hard copy document reviews and develop plans for proper analyses of documents and designation of such documents as responsive to discovery requests and/or withheld and scheduled out on privilege logs based upon attorney-client and work product privileges.-Acquire in-depth experience and understanding of evolving ESI discovery obligations and parameters under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and case law and electronic software packages for use in storing, evaluating, designating and producing responsive, non-privileged documents in litigation matters such as Quantum Discovery’s Viewpoint™ and LexisNexis’ Relativity®
