CRES services (Corporate Real Estate Service): Lease acquisition, renewals, optimization, lease exits, and governance is my business.

1) Commercial space acquisition, optimisations, lease renewal, lease extension and Termination.2) I optimise the value of premises by achieving profitable location and premises and at least cost possible.

1) My main role was to manage estate from near completion period and oversee transition process through defect liability period till full residents' occupancy.2) I oversaw and coordinated property support staffs and casuals, and furnished head of Facilities Management with reports. 3) I ensured ready units remained occupiable and facilitated the handover process to respective clients.4) I leased out and managed common areas.5) I coordinated health and safety checks by construction team.6) I assisted in rent collection on let-out units, as part of customer relations.

1) I started as a site Marketing Representative and grew to a Sales Consultant, marketing and selling residential houses.2) I oversaw site representatives in 3 estates along Mombasa road.3) I assisted the estate management in house handover to respective clients.I managed to sell over 50 Maisonettes and Apartments units.

This was a more assurance related role. 1) I was required to ensure the branch daily works program was adhered to, confirm attendance of all staff and create a list of work turnover for front desk enquiries, Sales agents and micro-groups coordinators.2) I was required to update internal close-out reports which were being tabled by Auditor to the Executive board on monthly basis.3.) I assisted external Auditors in performing CST's (Control Sample Testing).
