Global Climathon Awards 2020The "Global Climathon Awards" by Climate-KIC is a one weekend start-up ideation event that connects cities with its citizens wanting to tackle climate change. Local organizers pose challenges related to sustainability and dedicated citizens come together to find solutions which possibly expand into start-up ideas.I took part in the 2020 Climathon in Stuttgart, where our team developed the idea "Green Invest", a platform where people can invest in sustainable projects in their local community. In the final round of the Global Climathon Awards with 140 teams, we were elected into the top 6 by a public vote of over 13,000 people and went on to be elected global winner of the "Most Transformative Idea 2020" by the jury."Startplan 2021" - Hochschule für Technik StuttgartAs a result of our success at the Climathon awards, two team members and I from Green Invest were invited to participate in the 2021 "Startplan"-program with our idea.Startplan is an 8-week start-up incubator and teaching program organized by the founding initiative Plan G at HFT Stuttgart. It teaches methods in lean start-up and design thinking and applies the concepts hands-on to a start-up idea developed by the participants.

SYSTEMIQ is a system-change think tank and strategy consultancy with the mission to drive the implementation of the Paris Agreement and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by transforming markets and business models in energy, materials and land use.During my time as a consulting intern, I supported a senior project consultant and performed analytical work in a large project for a railway company. My tasks included:- Conducting research on circular economy in rail & construction- Analyzing circular economy projects in real estate, infrastructure, railways and services- Developing a framework to calculate the impact of different measures or projects on CO2, material use and profit- Preparation, help in conducting and documentation of 6 large workshops (fully virtual, working with Zoom, Mentimeter, and Mural as meeting and facilitation tools)- Drafting a storyline for a strategy document on circular economy

During my 5-month internship at the department of electro-mobility at the BMW Group in Munich, I was the project manager for the development of the world's first electric open-topped safety car for the all-electric racing series Formula E.As the project manager, my tasks and responsibilities included:- Continuous progress of the project and delivery of key milestones- Time scheduling and cost tracking- Commissioning and managing of external suppliers and service providers- Procurement of necessary parts for the construction of the vehicle- Collaboration with experts in the conception of technical solutions- Agenda setting and documentation of the project- Prescreening and interviewing of candidates as well as handover of the project to my successorThe project ended successfully after 7 months with the delivery of the vehicle and its current use in the racing series.
