Noteworthy cases include acting in the EU Referendum spending limits appeals, Coventry City FC 'state aid' judicial review, the FCA's deadline on PPI complaints, and challenges to the Construction industry Training Board's £200m annual levy. I also have substantial experience in audit and financial reporting regulation.I advised public bodies, regulators, and companies on a variety of issues around decision-making and governance, and assisting in formulating, implementing and responding to new policies and legislation. A large part of my work involved forming effective multi-disciplinary teams within Fieldfisher and with clients (lawyers, Board members and subject matter experts) as well as with counsel.
