I've been doing subcontracting mumps programming, specifically with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Vista Electronic Health Record (EHR). I'm an expert in the Mumps programming language and the VA's Vista software. I'm familiar with all of the VA's policies and procedures as it relates to coding standards and patch creation and release. The last several years have been spent working in an agile system, using the VA's rational tool suite to do configuration management, quality management and resource management. As I've been working for or with the VA's software my entire career I have vast domain knowledge as well as being well connected to several developers working on other aspects of the VA's software.
