I led (with the Group CFO) all aspects of acquisitions including feasibility, negotiation, due-diligence, documentation, funding, settlement and integration.I led transformation teams to improve finance systems and processes to enable strategic growth.

Multi-Unit Retail Business - RestaurantsI was a member of the senior leadership team. I led a high calibre team of 30+ people and had full oversight responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Company Secretarial, Treasury, Governance and Risk Management. The transformation of the group included many transactions including debt and equity funding (IPO) and I was a lead contributor in these projects.
