Project included vendor management, build of multiple HL7 interfaces, deployment of mobile devices, and interacting with senior leadership. • Ascom Patient Alarm System: Completed the remediation of servers, vendor management, deployment of mobile devices, and upgrade of the application at three hospitals. • Dragon Medical Advisor: Completed the build of HL7 interfaces and deployment of his cloud based application at two hospitals. • GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN): Completed the upgrade of CPN that includes the build of HL7 ADT, Lab, and Document interfaces, application customizations, deployment of small Citrix solution for physician remote access, plus additional tasks at one hospital.• Identified project scope, budget, and risk.
