Started out as booking agent, moved in Customer Service area for the General Equipment Group, working for David Sabin (a really good boss!). We sold and serviced leases for a wide variety of collateral and operated in 49 states. My role was primarily to work directly with customers remotely to maintain positive business relationships and to cross and up sell products that will serve the customers' needs. In addition I was the primary customer service representative to resolve disputes and complaints from customers, which consisted of researching payments and obligation histories, evaluating contracts, and finding and recommending positive resolutions to managers.
