I am a practical, focused, and passionate business leader and now coach. Having spent over 30 years in senior leader roles in large corporates my focus is now on leveraging these experiences and skills to help and support SME owners to achieve their business and personal goals. I recognise the ingenuity and drive required to be an SME owner and Entrepreneur and the pressure that can come with it to thrive and survive. Typically, people are looking for support as: -They would like help to take their business to the next level. -Their business is stalling. -They face challenges, maybe feel overwhelmed and do not have a business support network. -Challenges with building an effective and engaged team. One of my core skills is helping businesses and individuals to get to the nub of the issue or opportunity, to understand it and to build straightforward practical plans. I have developed these skills working in some amazing organisation who invested heavily in me as an individual. I have held Director level roles in sales, marketing, business improvement and change, Managing Director roles at a UK and European level and was Chief Operating Officer for a bank and was part of the leadership team that took the business to a market listing. In addition to supporting SMEs I can provide services to business and investors in the sectors I have worked in, primarily, Banking, Consumer Finance and Business Process outsourcing. I am delighted to offer some of my services through The Alternative Board® (TAB) and run local business advisory boards, one-to-one session incorporating TAB’s business tools. The advisory boards we create, manage, and facilitate, are comprised of local business owners, managing directors and CEOs who run non-competing businesses.  Board members meet monthly to learn from one another's successes and mistakes to grow their businesses to the next level.  Members also benefit from business coaching sessions focused on their business and personal growth and access to TAB’s business tools designed specifically to help SME business owners.
