I worked as an assosiate in the Dry Parts Dept. I had 12 month fixed term contract. I was trained to mix various raw materials to make the concentrates for the company products. These would then be sent to Bottlers.

Led a team of Operatives producing fresh juice fermentations for cider to export worldwide.Monitored raw material levels to ensure an adequate supply during the apple crushing season.Worked on own initiative without direct supervision.Wrote all company Standard Operating Procedures for the fresh juice fermentation process. Sampled and tested raw materials and fresh juice fermentations to ensure quality of product.Recovered CO2 from fermentation process to use in canning and bottling which provided substantial savings for the company. Rescheduled workload and fermentation process in 2010 to cut down cost which produced twice the amount of product in half the time, for half the cost.Worked as general Operative on bottling, canning and kegging lines during the off season.Trained to operate all machines on automated lines.Achieved certification to work in ATEX environment for production of high alcoholic products.Was trained to blend and filter aged whiskeys, vodka and Carolans Irish cream.
