• As ICT Operations Manager it was my responsibility to ensure the general upkeep of the School system in the Nursery, Junior and Senior block. Responsibilities include maintaining the Network, Data server, Print server.
• Introduced a successful Service Desk solution which helped us manage workload whilst also showing where staff needed extra training.
• Liaising with Trust Head Office to resolve a Guest wireless connectivity issue which was affecting all GDST Schools.
• One of the first Schools within GDST to roll out BYOD.
• Implemented a new printing solution by installing Multi function devices across both sites. This has reduced costs by saving on toner and paper wastage
• Successfully installed a digital signage solution
