Technical And Business Operations
As Technical and Business Operations Manager I am responsible for our technology, systems, and processes. I am also responsible for Salesforce Development and Administration and leading all Technology efficiency projects across the business. This means Salesforce, Certina/FF and all the surrounding environmentsI consult with the Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance on their CRM, Data, Reporting, Functionality and Optimisation Needs. Recently I have been been the System Admin through several business change projects such as in HubSpot integration, PSA, Time Entry and various internal automation projects.

I am also responsible for Salesforce Development and Administration and various efficiency projects across the business. I provide desktop support to a international team, and have developed many innovative technology projects to optimise our business and improve our customer experience. I have deployed technology such as Zapier to link our systems and integrated Engagement Cloud with digital marketing platforms. As well as Salesforce I support PSE and Financial Force in Salesforce.
