I was appointed to a newly created role as Group Executive Chef for Events across the portfolio of venues for the hospitality leader, Merivale. I led a team of very talented Chefs and worked alongside some of the best Chefs in this country to deliver thousands of events annually including the highly regarded March in to Merivale Festival.
