  I worked on a project to manage the impact of changes to pay and conditions of temporary agency workers resulting from the implementation of Agency Workers Regulations in October 2011. I worked in a team of four to produce solutions that were specific to individual clients depending on their use of temporary and contract employees. This involved analysing historical payroll data, using Access, Excel, VBA and T-SQL queries, to identify patterns of usage and calculating the costs and impact of different options in order to develop a recommended solution that would satisfy the requirements of the legislation.
